Restaurants in and around Knysna will showcase their talents in what promises to be an evening of culinary delights for visitors. The main ingredient of the evening is Knysna’s most popular culinary delight….oysters! Restaurants will compete in a variety of categories for recognition by judges (including the public) for their gastronomic talents.
